Aaron Easley is the President and CEO of Spectra Broadband Inc. His humble beginning started out over 25 years ago as a Cable Technician out of California. Hard work, determination, and a willingness to adapt to the changes in the industry have led him to where he is today. Aaron is committed to developing a work culture that follows the principles of modesty, honesty, and transparency in all transactions. He believes that great people combined with working hard at working smart is the key driving force behind any success. In his free time, as limited as it may be, Aaron enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family

Zeb Fifield is the VP of Operations at Spectra Broadband Inc. He started out in the Construction Industry, which over 20 years ago then led him into the field of cable. Since then, he has been a leader in helping the company grow into what it is today. Zeb believes that attention to detail, asking questions, and follow-through are essential to a job well done. He enjoys gardening, hunting, and spending time around the campfire with family and friends during his free time.

Greg Bingham is the Director of Operations at Spectra Broadband Inc. He has 17 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. Along with his vast know-how, Greg also adds a sense of humor to the busy and often hectic workdays. Greg enjoys going to Real Soccer games, Concerts, watching football, and spending time with his friends and family.

Steven Fisher is the Mountain West Regional Manager for Spectra Broadband Inc. He started out as a cable tech and has 14 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry. Steven is a self-driven individual with a can-do spirit. He will find a way around any challenge competently while throwing out a few jokes in the process. In his free time, Steven enjoys sporting events, traveling, and spending time with his family.
